So go pack up your gym bag (water bottle, extra socks, i-pod, towel and your own disinfecting spray for those nasty machines)! If you want to truly be on top--you have to own it in every different angle of your life. Going to the gym is like, what, 1 hour of your day? You can handle it. It's worth it. Just do it. Put on your headphones or read a book or draft a to-do list. It's easier to do the second on the ellipical by the way. It hurts for a little bit (physically and time-wise), but tomorrow morning when you walk down the street in your heels and feeling good, you will be glad you went.
